Ford can acquire GM and then Google can acquire the combine company FordGM!

In-lieu of using part of the $700B financial resuscitation on the auto industry, all the major oil companies should be required to invest the necessary capital required by Chrysler, Ford and GM in exchange for preferred stock paying a market rate dividend and keep the taxpayers out of the automotive business.
