Thought I would post up a few more pics now that I've had a chance to look the car over a bit.

Body and paint is really nice. Needs to be polished and a couple of spots touched up (nicks) but otherwise very straight and perfectly solid.

Roof looks perfect.

All of the parts are in marked boxes and individual pieces have been tagged (really helpful).  So far it seems like the majority of the parts are there but I'll need to drop a small fortune in chrome plating and polishing.  The 5 refinished wheels are super nice and it also came with a bunch of leather hides for the interior. I'm still really overwhelmed as I've never taken on a project of this magnitude but I'll just take it one step at a time.

That's going to be beautiful when it's done! My Alfa was "in boxes" when I bought it. Although I sent it out for professional paint, I spent the rest of the time going through everything one box at a time, taking things to pieces, cleaning or refurbishing them as necessary before wrapping them up and putting them back in the appropriate box with an identifying label. Admittedly the Alfa is a much simpler car, but it was easier to handle a box at a time than the thought of the car as a whole. Good luck with the project and keep the pictures coming. It's definitely on my wish list, and yours is a beautiful example!

Thanks Antoni.  That seems like a good methodical way of doing it.

Step one for me was to remove all parts from the car and many of the boxes and organize it out on some new shelving.

Almost all the the stainless looks great and should polish out with minimal effort.  Everything that's chomed however, needs new chrome. I think it's going to be huuuuge dollars to get everything re-plated.  Front bumper pieces don't need a ton of work but the rear outer bumper sections are really pitted and corroded. Not sure what the correct way of approaching that is.

Nearly every part is marked and has marked corresponding hardware which is nice to continually see.  A bunch of parts have been restored/powedercoated.  All glass looks beautiful and should clean up nicely.

Today I noticed a lot of overspray on the windshield, back glass and all over the stainless roof. Ugh :-(

7hrs later and it's all cleaned off.

One thing I find strange is the car is supposed to be Deauville Gray exterior with gray interior but the exterior color looks much more blue/purple than other pics I've seen. Also, the interior has a blue tint to it as well. (strangely looks black/gray when photographed with flash). Even the new hides that came with the car for the interior are marked "gray" but look blue to me.
