Anybody know "The Correct" location to drill into front and rear floor boards to install seat belts in a 1959 Cadillac Fleetwood Sixty Special?  Any diagrams or measurements out there"

  This should be similair to the same models of 1960. Try page 73 0f Nov 1959 Serviceman. It shows the locations of dimples that were added to the floor pan for drilling  starting with 1960 serial #002000. Warren

I can find all the Serviceman bulletins except for Nov 1959.
Anyone have it? Or know where I can get it?
