Does anyone know if a 1940 series 72 sun visor is the same as a series 90?

Ken:

The parts book lists them under a different number because they are upholstered differently. The supports are also different on the 72 and 90 cars. So I would  say they won't fit.

I don't have one but the hardware is the same on the 38 to 40-60S.  The visor is wider on the 60S but the critical pivot hardware is the same.  41-60S is not the same.
