I know this is going to be a tall order, we cracked one while preparing for a headliner replacement. Anyone  have any ideas on anywhere that has them? I know any junkyard pieces are going to have the same "sun rot" that caused this one to be so brittle. Anyone know of interchangeability? I assume would be 77-85 ish?

why not put that one back together as best as you can with epoxy, etc.. then take a mold of it and cast it in resin and then paint it?  It's probably just as difficult as locating one.
