I need some parts for a '39 lasalle side shifter transmission. . . A cluster countershaft , the 1" dia.  9" long one.
The needle bearings for this cluster gear. .  .  The interlock springs/balls/tube for the shift cams. That's it !
If I cannot locate these parts, I will sell the trans as a basket of the remaining parts.  Call Denis 6am-9pm

I think Northwest Transmissions in Ohio can make a countershaft for you.  They may also have the interlock springs/balls/tube.
