I'm looking for an aluminum wheel off a 94-96 Fleetwood for a project I'm working on.  It needs to be the Fleetwood, not a Brougham.  The FWB wheel is more of a smooth dish design, while the Fleetwood has a faux wire look to it.  I need just one wheel right now, no tires needed, especially because that would just add to shipping costs.

I'd prefer someone in the Houston area let me borrow one for a short period.  I specifically want to see how they fit and look on our 79 Seville.  I'd buy a set if they work as I hope.  Thank you.

Gene, I seem to recall the bolt pattern size is different and the wheel from the Fltwd may not fit your car.  I very well could be wrong.  Tom CLC#6866

If you come acrossed the optional chrome wheel for the RWD 94-96 Fleetwood Brougham I'm looking for a set!   I'll keep my eyes open for the fwd wheel..  :)   Chris

Tom,

They are the same bolt pattern.  Both cars are 5" on 5.  While the 79 Seville was based on the Nova platform, it had 'big car' parts, like the wheels.

Chris, just to set this straight, and because I'm not exactly clear on your reply, the wheels I am looking for are those off the base Fleetwood, not the Fleetwood Brougham.  BOTH cars are rear wheel drive, but have slightly different wheels.

I'm not certain if these are what you are looking for, but there's a guy in Austin parting out a 94 Fleetwood Brougham.  He posted the wheels on page 4 of his forum listing:

Hopefully they will work for you.

Tom,

Thank you.  That's a bit rich for my needs.  I'm initially testing fit, and if they fit, I'll have them widened, so the tires, which I feel that guy is primarily selling, are going to be unnecessary.  Thank you for posting up, though!

You're welcome, that is the style you seek correct?  tom CLC#6866

It sure looks like it.  It's the wire mesh look but not polished or chrome plated.  I've had a couple of people say "I think I have one and you can have it if I find it.", but so far no one's come up with that stray wheel.  I'm hopeful that I can find one, or a set for the cost of shipping, or for free locally.  I don't mind paying for a set, but don't really need to pay for a set of new tires with wheels attached, because of my plans to modify.

I'll be keeping the factory wheels and hubcaps, but would really like to find a little more modern, and certainly lighter solution.  I've found NO aftermarket aluminum wheel I like, not even the ones in the multi-thousand-dollar range, and I think these wheels will look nice on the car.  It just begs for wire or wire-look wheels.

I was shocked and amazed at the weight of the hubcaps, and that's on top of the steel wheels they clip to.  I bet I could drop a couple of hundred pounds off the car with an aluminum wheel, but won't settle for just any aluminum wheel.   ;D
