Looking to purchase a 1969 Cadillac heater vacuum check valve assembly. It's the plastic valve that's attached to the firewall with 5 ports.

No, the old was destroyed.
It's about 3 inches long, black with 5 ports(1 on top, 1 on the bottom, 2 on 1 side and 1 on the other side). It's attached to the middle of the firewall.
