1984 Cadillac Coupe DeVille, original Gold Plated Keys, everything else original

I am offering a 1984 Cadillac Coupe DeVille with the HT4100 V8 engine, in driving condition, FOR SALE as a parts vehicle.  I have the original gold plated keys, the original owners manual and "key knock-outs" that give the code to have a new set of keys made by Cadillac.  The Landau top is in mint (but a little dirty - no cuts or scratches) condition, the hub caps are original as well as every other part on the car.  Of course, the rubber gasket between the rear body and bumper long ago shattered to pieces and I hadn't had the chance to find an after-market replacement.  The vehicle had 70,000 miles on it when I purchased it in New Hampshire 3 years ago this Winter.  I am the 2nd owner of the vehicle and it was originally purchased in Florida.  I am selling it because the engine is beginning to have issue's and now it is not as dependable as it was as a primary transportation vehicle.  The air pump seized on the engine which required me to get a shorter belt and bypass the unit all together.  She's starting to get a little rust in various spot's on the body and I don't have the time or energy to repair them.  The only body damage is to the front bumper & front grill which had a "minor collision" issue.
