You might contact CLC President Lars Kneller, as he had some extras he was selling from the CLC museum. I had bought all 1993 to 1997 (when I joined) last year, and think he had some more older ones for sale.

My house was sinking under the weight of my copies of the SS going back to 1984, so I donated most of them to Lars.  (Only kept issues with articles I wrote.)  He probably has the one you are looking for and he doesn't charge much.
