They probably wanted a Convertible, and only had a Sedan to construct it out of.

I wouldn't do it, but I think it's kind of cute, especially if you have a small garage or live in the middle of a city.

I kind of like it too, except for the color.

Wonder which version he is selling?  The one without the tail lights or the complete car?

Agree, probably the worst looking Caddy I've ever seen.   ???

This kind of thing is caused by watching too many Saturday Morning Cartoons.
Possibly the  HR Puffin Stuff program.

Glen

Yeah, it has a kind of cartoon look to it.  But it is better than some of the cartoon cars I see driving around every day.

That's what happens when you just chop up and shorten a car.
The lines and proportions of this car are way off, but something like a 2 seater 59 Roadster is a cool idea but you would have to change a lot more than  it the middle out of a sedan a d weld of back together. You would basically have to redesign the whole body.

It's kind of like the 76-79 Seviles. There's the one that has the back doors cut out with the short body that looks awkward and stumpy, then there's the San Remo where they lengthened the doors and quarters and restyled the whole car.

That is the great thing about our club there is room for all cars and tastes, the customized, modified cars, the drivers, trailer queens, and etc.  From the Cimmeron to Talisman, Cadillac offered quite a range.  Everyone has different tastes.  I think the first generation Seville (75-79) were way better than the second generation (80-84, or maybe 85).

It reminds me of the Batmobile, but still has a certain flair. If I had the $ and room to store it I would be very tempted! Not classy but definitely sassy.

At least you would never run into another one at a car show or on the highway. I wonder how the changes affect the handling?

This is what happens when somebody has way to much time on their  hands  ;D.Looks like on of the cars from the movie "CARS"  would be right at home in Radiator Springs. I have a 7 year old grandson who would love to have it. Harvey
