I'm looking for an NOS or near NOS accelerator pedal for a 1956. I want one that shows almost no wear.

Thanks for any leads.

Come on guys help me out. Still looking for a nice 1956 gas pedal.

I don't have an interchange manual so can someone tell me if a pedal from another GM car like Buick or Olds would be the same?

Would a 1955 Cadillac pedal be the same? Any other years?

Thanks in advance for any help you can provide. John

John,

You did not mention if yours is missing, bad or if the rubber piece is gone.

The MPL shows a different gas pedal part number for both 1955 and 1956, so logic goes they are not interchangeable.

If your needs the rubber piece if I recall Steele had re-vulcanize services for gas pedal since the 1956 rubber piece is non-removable. You may also check with Fusik as they may offer the same service.  ???

John,

Give Allcads a call, Ed has a lot of parts and great people.

He is in Las Vegas.

I walked his shop and stock and he has about everything.
