Wanted: 1962 Cadillac Eldorado door panel red lenses

Does anyone know where I can find the red lenses at the rear of the 1962 Eldorado door panels? Any help is appreciated.

Has anyone bought the regular version (cream colored) and attempted painting it red?

That was what I was thinking about for the ones on the '59 & '60 Eldorado Brougham.  It has that same lens.

There are no clear lenses like the red lenses on a 1962 Cadillac that I know of!
