79' Seville Cornering Lamps Not Working...

Cornering lamps still not working after replacing with all new bulbs; fuse checked and OK.  Any ideas??

Do you have your parking lamps or headlights on? The cornering lights will not operate otherwise.

Check the wiring at the bottom of the steering column.  And eric is correct --they only work with the head or parking lamps on.
