Hello,
I have changed last week my differential oil seal, so I could check the outer tapered roller bearing, it  looks good and is Timken  HM 803145, but I couldn't find a number of the Cup.
My research is, that it must have the number HM 803110.  Is it right ?. Further I couldn't find a good explosion view or Lit. of the differential. On the upper part of mine are the numbers   3  1458227  9N28, on the bottom is stamped on a flat boss # 6 - that means ratio 3.36.
In the shop manual 1954 it is not mentioned a  number or size  of the tapered bearing or the taper cup.
In the master parts list 1941-59, Group 2, page 14 are the tapered bearings listed as N.L.

My next question is, there are two tapered bearings shown, a inner and a outer, did they has the same size ?
Kent Moore has special cup remover/installer tools for this tapered roller bearings, did anybody knows the numbers of the tools. There is nothing in the SM. They are often seen by eBay, but only listed by number.
Thank you
Gerhard
