I've got my door and rear quarter panels off, being restored by Just Dashes.  I'm on the hunt for mounting clips, but have a few questions regarding how those attach, both to the back of the door panels and to the doors themselves.  On my doors, I see 8 mounting points...4 on the front side of the door and 4 of the rear side (see photos below).  They appear to be plastic enclosures that snap into the corresponding holes in the door, and then the clips on the door panels snap into the enclosures to secure the panel to the door.

1. Are the 8 clip mounts the extent of the attachment for the door panels, aside from the screws that mount the interior door handles?  Previously, my panels were attached with screws.  None of the clips were attached (in fact, several of the clips are broken off in the enclosures, and one of the enclosures is completely missing).
2. Do the rear quarter panels also have mounting clips, or do they just screw in?  I'm not seeing any of the clip enclosures/mounts in the rear (my car is a Coupe DeVille).

My plan is to attach Dynaliner to the insides of the door skins before I mount the door panels, so I'll need to cut out around the clip enclosures, assuming I can find clips that will work (or hold the Dynaliner short).

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
