I think one is the parking lamp, which was standard equipment, and the other is the optional extra-cost fog lamp.

so the fog light  has the big lens, and the parking light has the star shape basil. like the one in the picture

     Correct. On the models with fog or driving lights there is also a parking/turn signal light bulb inside the housing.     Harry
