I’m getting ready to renew the injector seals on my ‘76 and the manual calls for this tool to relieve fuel pressure. Those who have performed this job, can you just depress the shader valve like a bike tires to relieve pressure?
Thanks...

I would (power off).  Hold a rag around it to catch a small spurt
of gas.  Bruce Roe

Yes, thank you.
Just a dribble came out. Car has been sitting for about a month.
