WTB 66 Deville/Eldo Front Bumper

Helping a friend to locate a front bumper for a 66 Eldorado. I'm 99% certain it is the same as all the 66 Deville and Fleetwood models. He only needs the center section not the ends or license plate surround and only a core quality as it will be replated. 

Unfortunately, UPS lost his part when shipping to the plater. My friend is located in Northern VA so anything in the DC Metro Area would be ideal. However, all considered with good photos showing little to no rust.
