Looking for '57 heater control

Hello all, I am looking for a heater control unit for my '57 Sedan DeVille. I'm looking for one in bad condition - I have the control unit that is original to my car but it has burned terminals therefore I really only need the circular part containing the electrical terminals, the rest of the unit can be pitted, rusty or otherwise not working.

A replacement switch has been found therefore I am no longer looking for a heater control unit. Thank you
