I'm looking for that fiberglass filler between the rear taillight and the fender (both sides). Is this available anywhere?

Yes, fiberglass and ABS plastic are available from multiple sources.  Caddy Daddy has also launched a flexible set recently that a fellow CLC member and friend installed on his 78 and they fit much better than the fiberglass and ABS plastic ones.  You can find these on eBay in all construction.
