Need the plastic keyhole clips to secure the SS roof trim on my 79 Phaeton

Hi all, The SS trim that is on the lower part of the Phaeton roof has been coming loose.
I removed both sides (passenger door to trunk) and found that the originals are cracked and broken,
They are plastic an about 5/8" by 9/16" with a keyhole in the center that slides over the metal pin extruding from the body. There are 8 on each side and the SS trim hooks into them.
Any suggestions on where to purchase them?

original parts group or caddy daddy?       You may be able to get them from a Napa catalog too but if your store doesn't have the sample book or the parts out front where you can see them it can be difficult to figure out which ones you need or if they are indeed the correct ones.

I don't know what they look like but https://www.clipsandfasteners.com/ has a lot of GM items. I like them because they have a good photo for most items and even a drawing for some items.

Can someone post a picture of one?

There are plenty of these clips for sale on ebay just put in (1979 Cadillac moulding clips) and you will see many of these clips for sale

Agree, readily available.  Just remember, there were several sizes of these for different trim widths.  Take close measurements of the ones you have to make sure you get the correct ones.

Thanks for all the help, both Caddy Daddy and OPG have them but the shipping to Vancouver is $$$ (like $98.00) so I will get some off of Ebay have them shipped to a friend and then he can mail them to me.
I will keep you posted on the quality and fit..
