Can anyone recommend a pre purchase inspection company / person in Tulsa Oklahoma area? for a private sale, not dealer. Had a search online but found nothing bar national companies.

Quite honestly, you would get better results from having a vintage Cadillac owner living in the Tulsa area take a look at the car for you.

Do you have access to the member roster?  It lists folks by state.
