Is the vacuum actuator repairable for 61 or 62 break release?

  I haven't heard of them being repaired before, but I had also not heard of a vacuum advance  unit being repaired. That being said, why not? I would think it's practically the same design, so why wouldn't a shop that does the advance unit not be able to do that? It's worth a phone call or text anyway.  It's been mentioned that Terrill Machine does it.
