Looking for possible survivor.

Color photos are from the 70s or 80s. Owners were in their mid to late 30s in 1955 ... i.e. around 90+ today!

Fifteen owners of this year and model are listed in the CLC membership directory, of which 2 are located in California!
Could be one of them ?

Noticeable feature: 1953 wheel discs on 1951 Caddy.

Even more notable, the car has a 1950 front bumper, dual exhaust, and a missing hood crest.

And ‘53 headlight rings...

Hard to tell from 2nd pic , but steering wheel doesn’t look like ‘51?

If I read you right, what you all are saying is that the red car is a poorly turned out 1951 Cadillac convertible.
Because of the '53 wheel discs, I am assuming we are looking at the same car, 20 years after its European tour in 1955.
Would you agree?

Let's see what the 4-year-old car looked like when it was shipped to Le Havre (?) in France, and toured Europe in the early summer (?) of 1955, the year shown on the rear tag.

Sorry, no interior views!

I like the car and am not being critical, just making observations.
