1941 Cadillac Series 63 Brake Pedal Grommet

I have a shop manual for my 1941. In one of the diagrams there is mention of a grommet where the Brake pedal rests against the floorboard. There is also material between the floorboard and a metal part that screws to the floorboard. I'm looking for both to purchase.
