1969 limo door window problem -PROBLEM FIXED!!

hello - have rebuilt the RF window reg and motor on my 69 limo and have also fitted new bailey channel

BUT i cant get the window to go fully up! it gets jammed at 150mm from the top !

The first 3 pics refer to the LF mechanism - which i have NOT rebuilt yet !

pls excuse the quality of these pictures ...

i thought i would include the following info in case it helps....

I measured the gap between the vertical bailey channel and the window on the left glass at 25mm with the  window 150mm down ..if you know what i mean!

i then measured this on the troublesome right window glass at the same height and it is about 15mm.... dont know if this is significant or not??

The left window reg works ok WITHOUT the glass In .... it goes up and down perfectly ... ( full extent )

I have the 1969 Fisher Body manual - but it doesnt appear to cover my body style D series 69700 style 23

I feel somewhat embarrased ...... i had not lubricated the window guides as i wanted to do that latter on .... and that is all that the prob was ...... when the window goes UP the guide wheel comes to an S bend in the track - there must be a lot of friction there .. lots of grease at that point solved the prob!
