84 Eldorado Convertible rear panel removal

I need to remove the rear panels on a 84 Eldorado Biarritz Convertible.  I have to repair a rear window and replace the rear speakers.  Anyone know how to remove the rear panels?

The rear top and bottom seat need to be removed.  You'll need a large torx wrench to do this. Once the seat sections are removed, the panels anchors are relatively easy to see and remove.
