I can't seem to find this anywhere. Anybody have any leads?

My mechanic says on my 67 Deville due to it being corroded, he thinks this is the issue with the leak.

Only way to tell is to remove and see if corroded.   Common leak point on 429 engines.  If not corroded, clean up and install new gaskets with 2 O rings in the area you circled. Might as well install a new t-stat, hoses while off (if old).
 Can search forum as common topic on 429.  Good luck.  I do have plenty of crossovers if you wind up needing.

Another vote for double O-ring, that was the cause of my 67 leaking.

If male nipple at bottom of cross over pipe that fits into top water pump cavity is corroded and not smooth, you can cake some JB Weld on that nipple to build up and smooth down to fill in the corroded area. I have repaired several like this and it is a simple fix. No need to trash the cross over pipe if some corrosion on the nipple is the only issues.
