Can I put a container of Lucas Stop Slip in my '47 and '58, as a precautionary measure, even if they both are at the proper level already?  Will it hurt to slightly overflow?

What size is the container?

V63

I like their products and it cured an overdrive issue in a 2004.

I would avoid overfill as it would likely leak out at as best case scenario.

Good news is there is a drain plug on those hydramatics

David, apparently they come in 20 and 24 ounce size bottles

I think your ok with the 20 size. Ideally if the trans checks full on a level surface, warmed up, you could drain a pint, if not, check the fluid condition right after driving  and warmed up, see if any sign of foam on the dipstick. Btw, I use Lubegard in all the auto transmissions, old or new.

I assume that we do not use both products at the same time?

Lubeguard sounds like a very good product and I'd like to add to get benefits
my 52 caddy Has a "1960 hydromatic" trans mated to the 1960 390 motor installed when it was restored
I'd welcome any info from someone here in the know....on the number of quarts this tranny needs in order for me to add the correct ratio amt of the lubeguard.
Many thanks
