Please view the post in the Forum Support forum, it has a poll about making a dark mode (i.e. dark color screens instead of bright white) available. This can be of interest for those that access the forums from a mobile device as dark screens use less battery power. But we need to know whether enough people want this before investing the time to install an extra mode.

Just bought a 1923 Cadillac 61!!
Where can I run the vin number to check out a little history on it. Also, where would the best place to get parts?

You can pay a fee to Allied Vaughn who manages Cadillac's records on behalf of GM.  This should provide you a copy of the original Factory / Dealer invoice of your car:

The GM Heritage Center hosts information for many years of Cadillacs dating back to 1903.  They have 175 pages of info for 1923:

You can also reach out to the Cadillac LaSalle Club Museum & Research Center if you need additional information.  There are at least 2 volunteers at the Dexter MI Reading Room every Thursday (10 am to 4 pm ET) to check their archives.  No one will be there next week due to the CLC Grand National in Penna.  You can contact them through the CLC MRC website:
