1947 upper radiator cross pipe

There is a cross pipe fastened to the rear of the upper radiator tank. I have the four nuts removed and applied PB Blaster but can't get it to budge. I am reluctant to pry on it and destroy the tank. See the picture attached. I am open to ideas. Thanks in advance for the replies.
