Why when I got the email that the Self-starter is available, I could not log in to open it.

The message says the pass word and ID are wrong.

HOW CAN THAT BE, WHEN I HAVE NOT CHANGED EITHER SINCE DIRT.
And yes, I checked to see if they were correct, and the auto population function did not screw-up.
