1949 club coupe rear fender fixes

the leading edge of my 49 rear fenders is rusted--is there a patch panel that is produced or is this something I need to fabricate?  its only behind the gravel shield and I assume this is a typical issue thanks in advance

Not 100 sure, but really don't think there is a "on the shelf" patch anywhere for this.
Maybe if somebody is holding a complete fender somewhere.
You probably will have to fabricate something, or hand the whole fender over to someone
you trust.

That's a fairly easy panel to make.
And since it's behind the gravel shield, doesn't have to be perfect. The time searching for something like this vs just spending an afternoon making it is what I always look at.
