Anyone out there know for sure if the Eldorado and Seville "Custom Rolls Royce" style grills are interchangable?

My 85 Eldo grill has a bracket that has screws that face the rear of the car, and I have an extra custom grill that just has slots in the side, which looks different?

Are they interchangeable?
