1983 limo for sale on e-bay

Presently there is an 83 Armbruster-Stageway 6-door limo for sale on e-bay in N. Carolina.  Mileage is supposedly 39,000.  Asking price is only $1,500, and from the pix and description, it seems decent and in good working order.  Two questions:  Since this rig has the 4100 motor, is it even worth considering, especially with the added weight? ( And, for that matter, is anything with this engine worth bothering with? ) 2nd question:  Is the middle seat in these 6-door jobs removable?  Thank you for any info on this.  Jim Tighe, Galion, Ohio.

I thought the factory still put 368s in the 83 limos or is this based off the normal cars?  Do you have an item number or link to the auction for us?

Well its not a 368 for sure.  Looks like a conversion off a normal Deville to me.  Even without the HT4100 problem debate I would be 100percent sure that I can say its way under powered.  Good thing is a proper 472/500/425/368 engine can be swapped in without any real custom work.
