Here is the official announcement from GM that the 2008 CTS (re-designed second generation) will make its official debut at the 2007 North American International Auto Show in Detroit:

Im anxious to see it--all accounts promise a remarkable automobile! I have also read that later, there will be a Coupe and then a Convertible model.

Havent seen one on the road in a long time.

Ive seen several around here.  Still not a bad looking car, but simply not a Cadillac.
The new Cadillacs are more along the line of what one would expect.  I just wish there were more fabrics, and choices for luxury interior and colors:  for the money you should get the best.  But I am on board for Cadillac to stay even if it means they are the ONLY GM product left.  Buick and Cadillac... that is the best of the junk they sell.
Oh I guess Saturn for low end cars.  Good cars at that, really.

Just one opinion... love to hear others.  :D

Saturn Sky is a sharp looking car, comparable price as Pontiac Solstice and soon the previously owned XLRs will be priced similar with a new Sky or Solstice.

I agree with Mr. Heller....the Sky/Solstice is one fine looking sports car with waiting lists.

I had a Solstice for 6 months, loved it in every way, but with the base only having 177 hp, it was too slow when going from mega torque Cadillac 472 and 390 engines! So, I traded the Solstice in for a G6 V6 200hp Coupe as my daily driver. Not a bad car at all...love it, but Id love a new Cadillac even more! Until Cadillac comes out with a $25,000 to $35,000 coupe, I will continue to enjoy my Pontiac.

Heres hoping the new CTS(edan) has a possible CTC(oupe) variation!!!

I have not seen these new cars before... maybe the Solstice on TV.  I will admit, those are pretty cars.   I am anxious to see the new cadillacs.  I cannot afford one, but hey... you know, its funny but I feel neat looking from afar and enjoying something of quality and beauty.
