I'm in the process of installing new motor mounts on a overhauld 365 motor.  How do the mounts install?  Withe the mount bracket on the forward side of the block boss or on the rear side of the block boss?  Are the mounter the same way on both side or is one infront and one behind?  I'm really at a loss.  Any help here would be great.  Thanks.

Here are a couple of pictures of my '58 engine before we installed it. They clearly show the positioning of the engine mounts...

Hope this helps!
