Restoring 1940 Cadillac LaSalle and unable to locate where the engine to frame groundstrap attaches on each end.  Any hepl/advice is appreciated!

On my 1937 Cadillac, it goes from a starter motor mounting bolt to the adjacent frame rail.  Needs clean connections.

On My 40 LaSalle it is bolted to one of the passenger side motor mount bolts and one of motor mount mounting bolts, if that makes any sense.
