Anybody know where to get a replacement piece of Duct work for a 59 Cadillac that goes behind the passanger toe/kick board and connects the Evaporator housing with the long plastic under dash duct work?  It seems to be that old rubberized felt sort of material that simply cracks apart when you take it on and off.  I've found the round ducts, even located a new source for the under hood rubber boots from the Heater Box, but I can't locate this one and of course need it.  Thanks for any all leads........

Anyway to repair the old one?  Rubber dip or something?

I am chopping up a 59 Sedan out here in California, will check and see if this part is any good.

Jeff, I asked after the same part here late last year, no joy. What I wound up doing was taking some scrap leather from my son's leather working kits and making my own.  I cut out a pattern that fit best (several attempts to get it close) then wrapped the leather so that one side overlapped the other, then hot glued it together. I am using large hose clamps (think washing machine) to keep it tight.
Obviously not going to work if you show the car, but I don't, so it works for me.

Curly and Cliff,  thanks for the replies.  I am thinking about trying that spray on rubber you use for tool grips also since mine is still mostly all there.  It should seal it and help keep it together as well
