Here are a few pics of the Coupe DeVille, I have another complete that is complete and another steering column.  I also have the correct hood (not pictured).  I believe the floors and trunk are very solid.

I talked to Bob Hoffmann yesterday and he convinced me to offer the 1949 CDV as a complete car project.  There were only 2150 of these cars made, so I want to offer it as such.  There is no title for this car or engine or transmission.  The floors, rockers and trunk on this car are very solid.  I have most of the curved glass, 2 dashes (one very complete) and a very nice correct hood.  I don't have the front fenders or grill and I'm not sure if I have the back seat.  The rear fenders that I have are off a '48 and are rusty.  I also have the lower inner door panel stainless trim.

$3500 for everything, located in Reno, NV.  I am willing to deliver within 300 miles for a fee.
