Various '59 parts

I'm starting my resto, thus I'm already at an impasse. Rechrome the parts or replace. My rear bumper center bar needs to be rechromed AND the right bumper end has "that silver dollar sized hole" on the side. Let me know if you have these parts. Oh, also I'd like to see about adding cruise control - so let me know about that too. Hub caps for the sedan de ville, don't have em and want em. Complete steering wheel to include the horn ring. I think that's it for now...

what color steering wheel do you need?
I have some repo horn rings that need to be finished if you are interested in one for $300.
I am sure I have some right rear bumper ends also, I will dig one out and take pictures for you.
