1962 Fleetwood exhaust manifold replacement

I have a customer that bought this car.  The animal that installed the engine, broke the left manifold at the collector. The right one only has a crack, bout 3" long.  My question is how to R&R these manifolds.  Looks like If I unbolt the motor mounts ( one at a time ) and raise the engine I should be able to remove them one at a time?  Help is always appreciated.

I go from under the car, and under the hood.  Its a sucky design.   But, raising the engine will work too.

We replaced both exhaust manifolds, yesterday, and it went well.  We unbolted the motor mounts, one at a time, and jacked the motor a bit.  They came right off.  Now this Caddy, sounds like a Caddy.  This car has a newly rebuilt engine.  We had not seen this car before.  Now we have a bit of an exhaust leak from the intake manifold.  Will R&R the intake Monday to resolve this.  The car runs good.

Pat, look at the choke tube being cracked.

Also make sure the heat riser valve is not stuck closed or any repair will be short lived.
