need carter carburetor parts!

Hello everyone, I ran into another setback in my restoration project.  I have a carter 4 barrel carb with a broken mount plate.  One ear is broke off.  I ordered a rebuild kit and the local welding shop wasn't able to keep a weld to stick.  So I have a new kit but a uselesa carb.  Doea anyone know where I could just buy a bottom plate or anyone who's parting one out? Thanks
