Good Morning all.
I went to a local swap meet yesterday and purchased 2 of these hub caps, with hopes of using them on the rear of my 46. ( I have two sombreros on the front and 2 small 8-10" dia. things on the rear). However the dish in these or two deep to fit the original rims, so I guess they are destined to become garage art, Good thing I only paid $5.00. So for conversation sake can anyone tell me what year they were oem.
Thanks

When a Doctor "saves a Life" it does not necessarily mean that that life will ever be the same as it was, but he still saved it. My 46 may not be as it was but it is still alive.

63-64 Cadillac. Here is a good reference page for wheel covers I found some years back and often use:
http://www.ctcautoranch.com/Used%20Parts/Hubcaps/Hubcap%20Sub-Pages/GM.html

Also note that these hubcaps were used on rims with a 16 11/16" 63/64  outer diameter, the 65 and later were smaller outer lip diameter at 16 7/16"
There was some discussion here on the CLC site a while back at this link: http://forums.cadillaclasalleclub.org/index.php?topic=125819.msg239347#msg239347

I had also recently posted a message about the beauty of these hubcaps ...cleaned up of course... at this link: http://forums.cadillaclasalleclub.org/index.php?topic=130221.msg264540#msg264540
