Do the treadle vac systems bleed any different than any other braking system?   

Brake system seems to be working alright just don't know its history so thinking as with the rest of the fluids needs some new stuff so I know where I stand. 
73 Eldo convert w/FiTech EFI, over 30 years of ownership and counting
Somewhat recently deceased daily drivers, 80 Eldo Diesel & 90 CDV
And other assorted stuff I keep buying for some reason

What year?  The 1958 bleeds from the top of the master.
