Headliner Patterns

Hi - I'm looking for a headliner pattern for a 1941 caddy, model 6219, any info would be appreciated.

The pattern is in the car itself ie,     distance between each metal bow, width of body etc. Each bow position is a seam in the material and above that is stitched a 1" sock to insert each bow.
I have done dozens this way as the old ones are disintegrated and stretched anyway.
