This car had been in storage for 30 years.  Put in a new battery and it started right up, runs smooth. It has most all 1975 options.  Doesn't have leather, but does have the one-year-only Monticello cloth interior & early edition no-armrest front seats with center bolster pillow.  It appears the only options its not equipped with are: Track Master, ACRS, Leather, & Fuel injection. The first picture is the day I picked it up. I think it weighs more than my old 98 Suburban 2500 Diesel, as it takes a lot of weight to lower the rear.  The second pic is of it parked in front of my home.  I cant wait to put on some OEM style wider white wall tires

Looks clean in those photos.   Looks like it needs body fillers up front?   Is the interior a blueish too?   Those are 30 year old tires?

Would be neat to see some interior photos!  Great find, have fun enjoying it.

It clean, not perfect.  The front body fillers were on, but they were pushed on by the sellers and broke off.  The rears are original too, but are VERY fragile, so must also be replaced.  The interior is the blue Monticello cloth.

It has 30 years of dust/dirt, but this is as the interior.  No real wear, no cracks not the door panels or dash!

It's would be a good idea to keep an eye on the fuel injector seals.  As a precaution you should think about getting them replaced.  They are old and dried out even on cars that did not sit for a long time period.  I have seen instances where they suddenly start to leak.

Any time you revive a car that sat for a long time the rubber parts like brake hoses, rad hoses, spark plug wires, etc should really be checked or changed before putting the car back into regular or occasional use.

Looks like a very nice car.  Good luck with it!

According to this, it does not have fuel injection.

This item is what confuses me which appears below the OP's username: "75 CDV Jennifer Bl Fac. Sun Roof & ACRS (Air Bags)"

I think it weighs more than my old 98 Suburban 2500 Diesel, as it takes a lot of weight to lower the rear.

Both are pretty hefty vehicles but the Suburban 2500 probably comes in at least 600 to 1000 lbs. heavier especially with the diesel engine.

I misread that.  Sorry for any confusion.  No injection is a good thing on these cars in my opinion.

Beautiful car in great shape and I absolutely love that interior.  I showed a picture of a Caddy with the Monticello cloth to my wife once, and she didn't believe that you could once get them from the factory.  About as far from today's "mouse fur" interiors as you can get.

Congratulations,

Its good that the body is great.  Get those tires right away, and better go through the brake system.
I just put 4 new hoses, 4 new calipers, and all new lines on my 79.

Mike , Mouse Fur , LOL , I Love it. How accurate. Some of todays cars remind me of prison transportation vehicles. The rest just come under just disposable.
