does anyone know how to fit 61rims to a 60 drum brake front, do the 61 drums have a different profile ?. the rear is fine, but the front rims foul on the drums, thanks,  the reason for wanting these rims was to use the 61 hubcaps.

In a simple couple of words, you can't safely.

The only way that they could be made to fit is by changing the wheel centres, or using thick spacers to space the wheel out, away from the drum.
