My power seat does not move but the motor make a noise.  I am going to dive into it this weekend.  Any tips on whether to remove or how to maneuver the front seat as well as what to look for and where or whom to send the motor or entire apparatus to for repair?  Thanks, Clark

It's a monster and very heavy.  I believe it has three motors and several drive cables.

Unbolt it and tilt it back and see what if going on.  One or more motors may be inoperative, cables may be stuck, broken, or damaged.

A cleanout of old crud and grease and some fresh grease may get it moving again.

Clark,
Is your seat setup 2 way or 6 way.
Where is the control - seat side or armrest.
59's have 3 motors and 60's have a transmission.
Brian is right - first unbolt the bench seat???? - takes 4 bolts - 2 each side.
Disconnect the wiring harness from the switch.
Tilt the seat back and check the wiring harness for breaks, and if the system is totally/well grounded.
Let us know your progress.
Have fun,
